VRS Infrastructure provides project-based construction services. Refunds depend on the stage of work.

Refund Eligibility

• Advance payments may be refunded if work has not started
• No refund once material procurement or site work has begun

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed or partially completed work
• Delays caused by client-side issues
• Changes requested after approval
